SRT306 G2 is the latest addition to SRT’s line of personal and lone worker alarms. It is based on the popular lone worker alarm SRT306 but offers better communicative possibilities and increased battery lifetime compared to its predecessor.
When the alarm button is pressed an operator receives information about the position and identity of the individual in distress, while at the same time the SRT306 G2 connects a voice call to the operator. Depending on the scenario the emergency service center operator takes action to ensure proper aid is provided.
If SRT306 G2 detects a lying position for a sustained period of time, an alarm is sent automatically through the Man Down function.
And thanks to the timer alarm function, the unit can be set to automatically send an alarm after a certain time period, should the user be unconscious or rendered unable to send an alarm herself.
In addition to the alarm button the unit is equipped with a Call Button. When pushed the unit places a voice call to a preset number. The call button offers an alternative in situations of less than utmost emergency.
SRT306 G2 is capable of communicating over the 3G network. This means data transfers at higher speeds, better network coverage and increased possibilities of utilizing the SRT306 G2 in real-time applications.
