A lone worker alarm is a handheld device that the user carries with her and can be used to send an alert. The use of lone worker alarms have become increasingly common over the last decade, but due to limitations in standard positioning technologies, the use of these devices in indoor healthcare facilities have not become as widespread.
To help solve this problem we at SRT have developed a series of lone worker alarms that work equally good indoors as outdoors. When indoors, the devices are able to aqquire location data from a system of location tags.
