A personal alarm from Scandinavian Radio Technology can increase safety for individuals living or working in high risk environments such as industrial maintenance workers, security guards and social workers. All our personal alarms are small, handy and reliable in the most critical situations.

The personal alarms from Scandinavian Radio Technology, the SRT299 and the SRT306, are both GSM/GPRS-units with built in GPS receivers, packaged in a small and handy format.

The personal alarm is connected to the emergency service center of your choice. At the push of a button an operator receives information regarding the position and identity of the individual in distress, while at the same time the SRT personal alarm places a voice telephone call to the operator. Depending on the scenario the emergency service center operator takes action to ensure proper aid is provided.

Beside the information in the alarm message, additional information, such as In Case of Emergency phone numbers, employer’s phone number or special medical conditions, can be stored at the emergency service center so that any special needs can be seen to in an emergency situation.

In addition to the emergency push button, SRT personal alarms also come with a call button for less critical moments. At the push of the call button the SRT personal alarm places a voice call to a preprogrammed phone number, for instance a colleague or the head quarters.
